Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed. • No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not permitted. • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and the surrounding area. • No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the cabin. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees. • Pets: No pets are allowed unless they are certified ADA service animals and hypoallergenic, as the owners are highly allergic. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation without refund. • Parking: Parking is limited to designated parking areas only. Do not block roadways or neighboring driveways. • Steep / Mountain Driveway: This property has a steep and/or mountain driveway. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for mountain conditions. AWD/4WD may be required during winter or inclement weather. • Hot Tub: Hot tub use is at your own risk. No glass in or near the hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times. Do not use the hot tub while intoxicated. Please replace and secure the cover after each use. • Wildlife: The cabin is located in a mountain area with wildlife. Do not feed or approach wildlife and secure food and trash properly. • Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or vehicles. • Check-In / Check-Out: Please follow the check-in and check-out times listed in your reservation.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The views were truly breathtaking—waking up each morning to the mountains and soaking in the scenery never got old. One of the most unforgettable parts of our trip was seeing bears right from the property, which made the whole experience feel even more special and unique. The peacefulness and quietness here are unmatched. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and just enjoy nature without any distractions. If you’re looking for a getaway that combines stunning views, wildlife, and total serenity, this is definitely the place. We can’t wait to come back! The Atkinsons Absolutely Nothing was wrong with our stay. It was like home away from home ❤️

This cabin was very clean. The property owner continuously checked on us while we were there and answered any questions we had. The view outside on the deck was amazing. There were plenty of board games to play as a family and the foosball table was a hit with my kids. We will stay here again! There was nothing about this property I didn’t like. The only suggestions I would have is more seating out on the deck.
